About the position

The Regional Business Office Director for Touchstone Communities is responsible for overseeing the business operations of skilled nursing facilities within the East Region of Texas. This role requires a strong background in skilled nursing facility management, with a focus on revenue cycle operations and team leadership. The director will travel frequently to various locations, including Houston, Gonzales, and Tyler, to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations for skilled nursing facilities in the East Region.
• Manage revenue cycle operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Travel weekly to various locations within the region as directed by the VP of Revenue Cycle or VP of Operations.
• Lead and mentor regional business office managers and staff.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Regional Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and healthcare operations.
• Ability to travel weekly as required.
