About the position

The Regional Business Office Manager at Creative Solutions in Healthcare is responsible for overseeing the business operations of skilled nursing facilities in the Denton/Decatur area. This role focuses on account management, billing, collections, and customer service, ensuring effective communication with clients and insurance companies. The position requires frequent travel to maintain contact with multiple facilities and to resolve account balances efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with local skilled nursing facilities, insurance companies, and patients to resolve account balances.
• Conduct account reviews, billing, collections, and trust fund management.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-focused demeanor.
• Oversee a territory of approximately 8-10 buildings, ensuring effective communication and support.
• Ensure timely responses to phone calls and emails from patients and insurance companies.
• Update patient demographic information and initiate account adjustments.
• Resolve account balances to zero before they reach collections status.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in HMO/PPO and managed care claims processing.
• Experience in long-term care management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to demonstrate a customer-focused approach.
