About the position

The Regional Business Operations Manager at Amazon Lab 126 is responsible for driving growth and operational expansion within the Devices Reverse Logistics organization. This role focuses on optimizing return processing workflows, implementing process improvements, and managing vendor relationships to enhance efficiency and customer experience. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and develop strategies for emerging markets, balancing day-to-day operations with long-term planning.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the growth, operational expansion, and emerging market strategy for the Devices Reverse Logistics organization.
  • Optimizing return processing and disposition workflows to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the reverse logistics operation.
  • Implementing process improvements and driving continuous improvement across the reverse logistics operations.
  • Managing and building relationships with vendors to ensure accountability and alignment.
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance process efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce costs and improve the customer experience in the reverse logistics operations.
  • Launching new reverse logistics initiatives or programs in developing markets.
  • Oversight of site operations while developing key performance indicator metrics and mechanisms to effectively manage site performance.
  • Effectively balancing day-to-day operations with long-term planning and execution.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management capabilities.
  • Providing strategic thinking and decision-making to drive the overall success of the Devices Reverse Logistics organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience in Operations and Business management
