About the position

The Catering Manager at Chicken Salad Chick will lead the catering operations for the North Texas region, ensuring successful execution of events ranging from small gatherings to large corporate functions. This role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for hospitality to coordinate catering orders and manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of catering operations
• Coordinate and manage catering orders from initial inquiry to final delivery
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality food preparation
• Train and supervise catering staff
• Manage catering budgets and optimize resources
• Promote and expand the catering service

Requirements

• Proven experience in catering management or a similar role with clientele
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
