Transco Lines, Inc. is seeking Regional Class A CDL Solo Drivers to join our team, focusing on routes in the Southeast and Midwest states. This position offers a competitive pay structure, with drivers earning between $0.52 and $0.66 per mile based on their experience. We are proud to offer a $1,650 sign-on bonus to new hires, along with great home time options. Drivers who prefer to stay out longer can maximize their earnings. Our operations are 100% no touch freight, with 40% of loads being drop and hook, ensuring a smooth and efficient driving experience. The average age of our equipment is just over a year, reflecting our commitment to providing modern and reliable vehicles for our drivers. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 23 years old (or 21 years old with prior military experience). Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months, or at least 12 months of experience in the last 2 years. All drivers must meet FMCSA/DOT driver regulations. Responsibilities
- Drive regional routes in the Southeast and Midwest states.
- Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods.
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each load.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management.
Requirements
- Must have valid Class A CDL.
- Must be 23 years of age or older (21 years if prior military).
