About the position

Pioneer Transportation and Logistics LLC is seeking Class-A CDL REGIONAL Drivers for immediate hiring in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our drivers play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are delivered safely and on time, utilizing state-of-the-art Amazon branded equipment and technology. This position offers a consistent weekly schedule with shifts available in the afternoon, overnight, and evening, including weekdays and weekends. Drivers will operate brand new 2023/2024 sleeper tractors and will be responsible for no-touch freight, which includes drop and hook to live loads. The job entails driving regional routes with a 2-day dispatch system, allowing drivers to return home after every shift. The minimum work requirement is 39 hours per week, structured as three shifts of 13 hours each, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime based on performance. Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders using Amazon branded equipment.
• Complete a CMV road test at the time of hire.
• Maintain a clean motor vehicle record and good DAC report.
• Adopt E-Log, communication, and routing platforms as required.
• Utilize handheld technology and smartphone applications such as GPS for navigation.
• Communicate effectively in English with the general public and understand highway traffic signs and signals.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Commercial Driver License (Class A).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience, with at least 1 year of experience with trailer tractor.
• Must complete a CMV road test at the time of hire.
• No failed or refused drug/breath alcohol tests (including DWI's, DUI's, and BAC's).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Good DAC Report.
• Clean Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) Report.
• Must have a valid DOT Med Card and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have required documents to complete the I-9 work form.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US and provide documentation.
• Ability to adopt E-Log, communication, and routing platforms.
• Experience with intermodal containers preferred.
• Open to working additional shifts as requested.
• Must be flexible with work schedule (Day/Evening/Night shifts/Weekends).
