The position also entails supporting the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations in policy development and compliance initiatives, as well as engaging with pilots on aviation incidents to ensure accurate reporting and timely follow-up. Mentorship for new hire pilots during their first year of employment is also a key responsibility.
