About the position

As a Regional Customer Service Specialist at West Shore Home, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional post-installation service to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer interaction exceeds expectations, contributing to the company's mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home®. This position involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls daily, establishing long-term relationships with customers.
  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and other channels regarding issues related to previously installed products.
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone.
  • Order necessary parts from manufacturers and schedule service visits as needed.
