About the position

The Regional Director of CV Sales is responsible for promoting and selling Fujifilm's Synapse Cardiovascular solutions across the Southwest Territory, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California. This role involves collaborating with various sales teams to maximize sales volume and profitability, while also leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive market share growth.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with HCUS product and service teams to focus on solution selling for Cardiovascular opportunities.
  • Develop business partnerships with marketing, solutions delivery, and service management teams to drive results.
  • Communicate sales messaging and ensure all team members are knowledgeable about company and product offerings.
  • Participate in training efforts with cross-functional teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on the skill set and effectiveness of the Cardiovascular Sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.
  • Broad functional expertise in sales, marketing, strategic selling, and pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement.
  • BA/BS/MA preferred.

  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 plus commission.
