About the position

The Regional Director, Information Systems Sales at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is responsible for promoting the sale of Synapse Cardiovascular and services nationally. This role involves collaboration with various sales teams to maximize sales volume and profitability, while also leading cross-functional efforts to enhance business processes and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with HCUS product and service teams to emphasize solution selling to Cardiovascular opportunities.
  • Develop effective business partnerships with various teams to drive results and overall objectives.
  • Drive sales strategies to increase market share and meet booking and revenue objectives.
  • Comply with the Quote to Order/Booking processes and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Provide accurate booking documents for effective Sales and Marketing Operations.
  • Create and analyze sales proposals and site configurations for accuracy.
  • Develop and drive accurate bookings and revenue forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Communicate sales messaging and ensure team members are knowledgeable about products.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, engineering, and executive management.
  • Maintain effective communications across departments to ensure sales success and positive customer experience.
  • Participate in training efforts with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and communicate market intelligence to management for better customer service.
  • Evaluate sales teams and go-to-market strategies with Sales Management.
  • Report on the effectiveness of Sales team members.
  • Drive development of sales strategies and skills within teams.
  • Stay proficient in Fujifilm products and competitive offerings.
  • Ensure effective use of the Company's CRM tool and promote its use among teams.
  • Monitor needs and recommend training for the sales team.
  • Establish relationships with key industry leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.
  • Broad functional expertise in sales, marketing, strategic selling, and planning.
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement.
  • BA/BS/MA preferred.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 plus commission.
