About the position

The Regional Director of CV Sales is responsible for promoting and selling Synapse Cardiovascular solutions across the Southwest Territory, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California. This role involves collaborating with various sales teams within FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation to maximize sales volume and profitability. The position requires effective leadership, strategic sales planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve quarterly bookings and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with HCUS product and service teams to enhance solution selling to Cardiovascular opportunities.
  • Develop business partnerships with various teams to drive results and meet overall objectives.
  • Communicate sales messaging and ensure all Cardiovascular Sales team members are knowledgeable about company and product messaging.
  • Maintain effective communication within cross-functional departments to ensure maximum sales success and a positive customer experience.
  • Evaluate Cardiovascular Sales teams and report on their effectiveness and skill sets.
  • Drive the development of sales strategies and enhance business acumen within sales teams.
  • Monitor needs and recommend development and training for the Cardiovascular Sales team.
  • Achieve sales quota and produce accurate forecasting for sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.
  • Broad functional expertise in sales, including strategic selling and planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement.
  • BA/BS/MA preferred.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proficient in the use of SalesForce.com.
  • Effective time management skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 plus commission.
