About the position

The Regional Director of CV Sales is responsible for promoting and selling Synapse Cardiovascular solutions across the Southwest Territory, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California. This role involves collaborating with various sales teams within FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation to maximize sales volume and profitability. The position requires effective leadership, strategic sales planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve quarterly bookings and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with HCUS product and service teams to enhance solution selling to Cardiovascular opportunities.
  • Develop business partnerships with various teams to drive results and meet overall objectives.
  • Communicate sales messaging and ensure all team members are knowledgeable about company and product messaging.
  • Participate in training efforts with cross-functional teams to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on the skill set and effectiveness of the Cardiovascular Sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.
  • Broad functional expertise in sales, marketing, strategic selling, and pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement.
  • BA/BS/MA preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Effective time management skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 plus commission.
