About the position

The Regional Director of CV Sales is responsible for promoting and selling Fujifilm's Synapse Cardiovascular solutions across the Southwest Territory, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California. This role involves collaborating with various sales teams to maximize sales volume and profitability while ensuring effective communication and training within the organization. The position requires strategic planning, market analysis, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with HCUS product and service teams to enhance solution selling to Cardiovascular opportunities.
  • Develop business partnerships with various teams to drive results and meet overall objectives.
  • Communicate sales messaging and ensure all team members are knowledgeable about company and product messaging.
  • Participate in training efforts with cross-functional teams to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Evaluate Cardiovascular Sales teams and report on their effectiveness and skill sets.
  • Drive the development of sales strategies and enhance business acumen within sales teams.
  • Monitor needs and recommend development and training for the Cardiovascular Sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.
  • Broad functional expertise in sales, marketing, strategic selling, and planning.
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement.
  • BA/BS/MA preferred.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proficient in the use of SalesForce.com.
  • Effective time management skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 plus commission.
