About the position

The Regional Director of CV Sales is responsible for promoting the sale of Synapse Cardiovascular and services across the Southwest Territory, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California. This role involves collaboration with various sales teams within FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation to maximize sales volume and profitability. The position requires effective leadership, strategic sales planning, and cross-functional teamwork to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with HCUS product and service teams to focus on solution selling for Cardiovascular opportunities.
• Develop business partnerships with various teams to drive results and meet overall objectives.
• Communicate sales messaging and ensure all team members are knowledgeable about company and product messaging.
• Participate in training efforts with cross-functional teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Evaluate Cardiovascular Sales teams and report on their effectiveness and skill sets.
• Drive the development of sales strategies and enhance business acumen within sales teams.
• Ensure accurate use of the Company's CRM tool and promote its use among team members.
• Monitor team needs and recommend development and training for the Cardiovascular Sales team.
• Establish relationships with key industry leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.
• Broad functional expertise in sales, including strategic selling and planning.
• Proven track record of sales overachievement.
• BA/BS/MA preferred.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with SalesForce.com.

Benefits

• Base salary of $105,000 plus commission.
