About the position

The Regional Director of CV Sales is responsible for promoting and selling Synapse Cardiovascular solutions across the Southwest Territory, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California. This role involves collaborating with various sales teams within FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation to maximize sales volume and profitability. The position requires effective leadership, strategic sales planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with HCUS product and service teams to focus on solution selling for Cardiovascular opportunities.
  • Develop business partnerships with various teams to drive results and meet overall objectives.
  • Drive sales strategies to increase market share and achieve booking and revenue goals.
  • Ensure compliance with booking processes and company policies.
  • Create and analyze sales proposals and site configurations for accuracy.
  • Develop and drive accurate bookings and revenue forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Communicate sales messaging and ensure team members are knowledgeable about products.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, engineering, and executive management.
  • Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure sales success and positive customer experience.
  • Participate in training efforts with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide market intelligence to management and recommend improvements to meet customer needs.
  • Evaluate sales teams and strategies in collaboration with Sales Management.
  • Report on the effectiveness of sales team members.
  • Drive development of sales strategies and skills within the team.
  • Stay updated on Fujifilm products and competitive offerings to enhance sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage sales activities and reporting.
  • Monitor team needs and recommend training and development opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with key industry leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.
  • Broad functional expertise in sales, marketing, strategic selling, and planning.
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement.
  • BA/BS/MA preferred.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and report effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.com.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 plus commission.
