About the position

The Regional Director of CV Sales is responsible for promoting and selling Fujifilm's Synapse Cardiovascular solutions across the Southwest Territory, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California. This role involves collaborating with various sales teams to maximize sales volume and profitability, developing effective business partnerships, and driving sales strategies to increase market share. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure the success of the sales team and the overall objectives of Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly bookings and revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with HCUS product and service teams to emphasize solution selling to Cardiovascular opportunities.
  • Develop business partnerships with Medical Informatics marketing, Solutions Delivery and Support, and Service Management teams.
  • Drive sales strategies to increase market share and meet booking and revenue objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Quote to Order/Booking processes and established policies.
  • Create and analyze sales proposals and site configurations for accuracy.
  • Develop and drive accurate bookings and revenue forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Communicate sales messaging and ensure team members are knowledgeable about products.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, engineering, and executive management.
  • Participate in training efforts with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide market intelligence to management and recommend improvements to meet customer needs.
  • Evaluate sales teams and strategies with Sales Management.
  • Monitor and recommend development and training for the Cardiovascular Sales team.
  • Establish relationships with key industry leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales.
  • Broad functional expertise in sales, marketing, strategic selling, and pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement.
  • BA/BS/MA preferred.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proficient in the use of SalesForce.com.
  • Effective time management skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 plus commission.
