About the position

The Regional Director of Client Operations is a director-level role responsible for overseeing operations and client relationships in the Pacific Northwest market for Metro One LPSG. This position focuses on managing a team of Performance Managers to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction, while also driving business development and client retention efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Performance Managers to achieve key performance metrics, including eliminating dark hours, minimizing overtime, and maintaining profitability.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction with our security services.
  • Oversee the development, growth, and retention of business opportunities in the retail, tech, and logistics sectors.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through industry contacts, networking, market research, and participation in local/regional trade and professional organizations.
  • Provide hands-on support during high-peak periods, seasonal fluctuations, and special events within the market of responsibility.
  • Ensure client retention by maintaining open lines of communication and offering prompt support in response to client concerns and needs.
  • Serve as the face of Metro One LPSG, embodying our commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the Vice President of Operations and collaborate with senior management to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Business Development experience
  • 2-3 years of Client Relations experience
  • 2-3 years of Client Retention experience
  • 2-3 years of Networking experience
  • Must participate in the company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet applicable State, County, and Municipal requirements.
