About the position

The Regional Director of Janitorial Sales at Allegiance Industries is a pivotal role focused on expanding the company's sales footprint in the Northeastern markets. This position involves strategic collaboration with an inside sales team to generate leads, engage prospects, and close business deals. The role is designed for a results-driven individual who will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, managing client interactions, and ensuring accurate proposals and pricing. The ultimate goal is to achieve $3M in net new revenue annually, leveraging the company's historical growth in various markets.

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline of prospects throughout assigned territory and provide inside sales with knowledge they may not have through the CRM system
  • Attend all prequalification calls set by inside sales to ensure they are a business fit
  • Set & attend all on-site visits with clients
  • Build necessary pricing, SOW's, or other documents needed for an accurate proposal
  • Build proposal utilizing templates within Proposify, filling in and customizing necessary sections
  • Utilize CRM to log all sales emails, calls, and stages of prospects throughout the pipeline
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • 7-10 years of Sales experience preferably in Facility Services
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Interpersonal skills to include active listening, conflict management, team building and collaboration
  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
  • Goal oriented and motivated self-starter with the drive to reach and exceed sales quotas
