The Regional Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will increase awareness of LionStone Care and attract new residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong understanding of marketing, and a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the facility's social media channels, creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns, and tracking and analyzing marketing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our marketing efforts align with the overall goals of the organization and effectively communicate our mission and values to potential residents and their families. This position requires a proactive approach to marketing and the ability to adapt strategies based on market trends and resident needs. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility of LionStone Care and ensuring that our facilities are recognized as leaders in the elder care sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that will increase awareness of LionStone Care and its facilities and attract new residents
  • Manage the facility's social media channels
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns
  • Track and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
