About the position

The Regional Director of Operations at Evolution Parking & Guest Services is responsible for overseeing multi-unit operations within the hotel valet parking and front door services sector. This role emphasizes team member development, coaching, and training while managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. The director will focus on continuous improvement, client relations, and strategic functions to maximize operational effectiveness and ensure excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multi-unit operations and ensure effective day-to-day management.
  • Focus on team member development through coaching and training.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operations and client relations.
  • Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping for associates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate forecasts, payroll, and accounting reports.
  • Utilize standardized business systems and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Engage in recruitment and hiring processes to select the best candidates.
  • Provide proper orientation and on-the-job training for new associates.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to plan for seasonal staffing needs.
  • Integrate Evolution's service standards with client expectations.
  • Develop strong working relationships with client staff members.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding associate and client information.
  • Implement safety and loss prevention training for all associates.
  • Follow the progressive disciplinary process for accountability.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree, High School Diploma or GED required, or relevant working experience.
  • 2+ years in a management position.
  • Experience in valet parking.
  • Valid US Drivers License.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP.
  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong technology proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Customer Service in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
