About the position

The Regional Director of Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple automotive dealership locations in Northern Los Angeles and Ventura County. This position focuses on operational excellence, driving performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving financial objectives within the dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple dealerships, ensuring consistency and excellence across all locations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
• Lead and mentor General Managers and dealership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Conduct regular assessments of dealership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
• Collaborate with senior management to set regional objectives and align resources to meet company targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and guidelines.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to enhance dealership operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in an OEM franchise dealership.
• Proven history of success in driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and achieving financial targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
