About the position

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) at Endodontic Practice Partners (EPP) is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple dental practices within the Portland, OR metropolitan area. This role requires strong business acumen and leadership skills to drive practice performance, ensure superior patient care, and foster a positive work environment. The RDO will spend significant time in the practices, collaborating with staff and owner doctors to optimize operations and achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage practice operations for multiple locations within the Portland metropolitan area.
• Drive overall practice success by managing expenses and optimizing patient flow.
• Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure superior patient care and satisfaction.
• Create regional-level reports and communicate performance to the leadership team.
• Manage Practice Administrator performance and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Provide ongoing professional development for direct reports and foster team morale.
• Lead the annual performance review process for assigned practices.
• Collaborate with departmental leads to ensure optimal regional support.
• Spend 4 full days in practices and 1 full admin day each week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of dental office management experience, managing multiple dental practice locations.
