Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams to achieve success.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards across all locations.
- Cultivate a positive, guest-focused culture that supports team retention and high performance.
- Analyze operational data and market trends to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Regional Director or Multi-Unit Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong financial acumen, with a track record of managing budgets, P&Ls, and cost controls.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in high-volume operations or resort markets is a plus.
