About The Position
The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) will oversee a region of Thrive boutique hospitals, focusing on fostering collaboration and alignment across various veterinary practices. This role involves frequent visits to hospital sites, managing leadership teams, and ensuring clinical performance while working closely with multiple Area Business Managers. The RDO will also collaborate with the specialty lane leadership team to identify growth opportunities and drive financial health across the region.
