About the position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Operations to oversee the operations of our skilled nursing facilities in the Chicagoland area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, have an active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) credential, and bring a proven track record of success in healthcare facility management. This role is critical in ensuring that our facilities operate efficiently while providing high-quality care to our residents. The Regional Director will be responsible for the overall management of multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. In this position, you will provide leadership and guidance to facility administrators, driving operational excellence, quality care, and financial performance. You will develop and implement strategic plans aimed at improving patient outcomes and enhancing staff engagement. Regular site visits will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to ensure that facilities are operating efficiently and meeting performance goals. Collaboration with corporate leadership on growth initiatives, budgeting, and resource allocation will also be essential. As a Regional Director, you will ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations and lead efforts to maintain high standards of care. You will address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement across the region, making this a pivotal role in our organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to facility administrators, driving operational excellence, quality care, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and staff engagement.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure facilities are operating efficiently and meeting performance goals.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on growth initiatives, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations and lead efforts to maintain high standards of care.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) credential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrator or Regional Director in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple facilities and drive performance improvements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
