The Regional Director of Operations for Skilled Nursing is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple skilled nursing facilities. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience in long-term care settings. The role involves collaborating with various executives and managing community directors to ensure high-quality resident care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations of 8 Skilled Nursing facilities
• Managing Community Directors
• Managing financials for your territory
• Providing support in your territory including licensing, resident care, HR, financial, dietary, and customer care
• Collaborating with the VP of Sales, President of Operations, CEO, CFO, COO, and relevant administrative leadership

Requirements

• Requires a NHA license in CA
• 2+ years leadership experience at regional or corporate level
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, senior living, memory care, or equivalent
• Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem-solving
