About the position
The Regional Director of Operations at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is responsible for overseeing the operations of senior living communities within a designated region. Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of senior living communities in the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
- Manage human resource development and business operations.
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance community performance.
- Maintain budget processes and financial accountability across sites.
- Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
- Proven multi-site Regional Director experience in senior living settings.
- Extensive knowledge of human resource management and development.
- Strong understanding of business development and accounting processes.
- In-depth knowledge of nursing operations and clinical practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel, including unexpected travel.
