About the position

The Regional Director of Operations at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is responsible for overseeing the operations of senior living communities within a designated region. This role requires a dedicated and compassionate leader with extensive experience in skilled nursing facilities, who can manage multiple sites effectively while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of senior living communities in the assigned region.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
  • Manage human resource development and business operations.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to enhance community performance.
  • Maintain budget processes and financial accountability across sites.
  • Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Proven multi-site Regional Director experience in senior living settings.
  • Extensive knowledge of human resource management and development.
  • Strong understanding of business development and accounting processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing operations and clinical practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including unexpected travel.
