Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in and around Phoenix, AZ with a focus on high-quality services and client satisfaction.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure community objectives are met and communicate industry trends.
• Participate in food service-related committees and special events to demonstrate commitment to the community.
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining product and service quality standards through periodic property inspections.
• Develop and implement consultation agendas for community visits, ensuring staff participation.
• Ensure responsible financial management of assigned communities, including budget development and compliance monitoring.
• Assist with contract negotiations and lead new business transitions for new accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional initiatives and special events to enhance resident experiences.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals.
• Provide feedback and implement training programs to improve team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in multi-unit management with a focus on food services.
• Proven ability to manage a team of six or more manager-level team members.
• Strong track record of driving customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
