About the position

The Regional Director of Post-Acute Physiatry Operations is a leadership role responsible for overseeing operations across multiple skilled nursing locations. This position focuses on driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and operations management, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations across various post-acute/skilled nursing locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships that enhance business development opportunities.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional strategies with overall company objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for executive management on regional performance.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Clinical background, such as RN, OT, PT, etc. is preferable.
• Proven experience in operations management, demonstrating effective resource allocation and process optimization.
• Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building beneficial partnerships.
• Strategic planning expertise, with the ability to foresee challenges and develop proactive solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing operational performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
