About the position

The position at Sinceri Senior Living focuses on driving census development and increasing the private pay referral base in designated facilities. The role involves training and supporting local Community Relations Directors (CRDs) and Administrators, enhancing professional relationships, and conducting community outreach. The individual will oversee lead management systems, public relations activities, and educational outreach programs, while also monitoring referral sources and census outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive census development and increase private pay referral base in designated facilities.
  • Train and support local CRDs and Administrators.
  • Develop and conduct training to enhance professional relationships and community outreach opportunities.
  • Assist and oversee internal lead management system and public relations activities.
  • Monitor referral sources and census outcomes.
  • Communicate market conditions and opportunities to RDO, executive, facility, and management staff.
  • Oversee media campaign management.
  • Train communities to be a resource for those needing services.
  • Execute training and support to create new and service existing relationships with various referral sources.
  • Participate in local organizations and make presentations to facilitate knowledge of the assisted living industry.
  • Drive communities to be active leaders in strategic planning for marketing action plans and sales efforts.
  • Prepare reports and ensure sales plans are submitted timely.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of special events and presentations for community education.
  • Monitor trends and conversion ratios.
  • Maintain a database of medical contacts and community resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction and share results with the Administrator and staff.
  • Work as part of the marketing team to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations.

Requirements

  • Must live in specified area.
  • Direct sales experience with demonstrated results.
  • Experience in retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry.
  • Organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a team environment.
  • Proven skills to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and listening skills.
  • Computer literacy, with Microsoft Office experience preferred.
  • Ability to promote Sinceri Senior Living in a positive and professional manner.
