The Regional Director Operations at Panoramic Health plays a crucial role in the development and execution of performance goals and long-term operational plans. The Regional Director will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of day-to-day operational systems and services, ensuring that the operations align with the company's strategic objectives. This role will primarily support the Philadelphia, PA area and will involve remote work as well as travel to various Practice Partner offices. In this capacity, the Regional Director Operations will be tasked with providing ongoing communication regarding site, system, and regional performance, driving alignment to key initiatives throughout the region. The role requires a strong focus on knowledge dissemination to operational teams, enabling them to become proficient in the business. The Director will work closely with departmental leadership to lead the operational launch of payer and partner relationships, ensuring that IT, reporting, and infrastructure needs are met for successful implementation. The Regional Director will also analyze data and reports to gain operational and financial insights, identify trends, and uncover regional market opportunities. This involves utilizing data to diagnose performance breakdowns and collaborating cross-functionally to develop solutions. The Director will facilitate collaboration and learning across teams, partner with central operations to support innovative pilot efforts, and lead preparation calls for regional practice and provider meetings. Additionally, the role includes overseeing operations activities, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and building a regional team to support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and development of new leaders and team members. They will also develop positive relationships with local leaders and area project managers to facilitate tracking and reporting of initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and seamlessly.
