About the position

As the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing Business Operations at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the operations of business management within a defined region. This position is designed for a highly motivated individual with an outgoing personality, eager to implement policies and procedures that ensure revenue and statistical performance targets are not only met but exceeded. You will work closely with internal production departments and senior leaders, including Local Marketing, Direct Marketing, and Sales, to achieve both short and long-term financial objectives. Your responsibilities will include owning the Business Operations teams within the region, providing ongoing business analysis to identify opportunities for efficiencies and profitability improvements. You will also lead and develop operational teams, including Client Relations and Guest Services, while partnering with Contract Services Regional leadership for policy and process implementation. This role requires you to build a consolidation plan for financial and operational reporting across all lines of business and programs, ensuring that the onsite Business Operations teams are adequately resourced to support local leaders. In addition to financial support, you will conduct consistent financial reviews, quarterly business reviews, and forecast review meetings with key partners throughout the region to ensure a clear understanding of risks and opportunities. You will collaborate with leaders in Inventory Management, Business Operations - Club and Resorts, and the VP of Business Operations of Corporate Marketing to forecast and plan for sales and marketing trends, ultimately supervising and improving operational flow. Your ability to manage effectively across time zones and diverse client groups in a high-pressure, results-driven environment will be crucial. You will also guide special projects that align with changing sales, marketing, and growth objectives, while providing training, motivation, and development for your team members to enhance their performance.

Responsibilities

  • Institutes policies and procedures to ensure revenue and statistical performance targets are met and exceeded.
  • Plans, advises, and provides leadership to achieve short and long-term financial objectives as a partner to the Sales and Marketing lines of business.
  • Owns the Business Operations teams within the defined region.
  • Provides ongoing business analysis to resolve opportunities for efficiencies and profitability improvement.
  • Leads and develops operational teams including Client Relations and Guest Services.
  • Partners with Contract Services Regional leadership for policy and process implementation.
  • Supports the SVP's of Sales and Local Marketing teams within the region.
  • Ensures onsite Business Operations teams are adequately resourced to support local leaders.

  • Leads consistent financial reviews, quarterly business reviews, and forecast review meetings with key partners.
  • Partners with leaders of Inventory Management, Business Operations - Club and Resorts, and VP of Business Operations of Corporate Marketing on forecasting and planning for sales and marketing trends.
  • Executes effective management across time zones, geographic locations, and diverse client groups in a high-pressure environment.
  • Guides special projects that support changing sales, marketing, and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Management related field.
  • 4+ years of Management Experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability in positions of increased responsibility in Business Development, Business Support, Financial Planning & Analysis or Revenue Management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Timeshare experience within business support, finance, revenue management, or inventory required.
  • Possess influential and negotiation skills.
