About the position

The Regional Director will strategically manage client relationships and oversee a team of community directors to ensure exceptional customer service and property performance. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to implement strategic plans that drive loyalty and profitability for the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of managers and staff across multiple locations
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve goals specific to each property
• Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
• Monitor property performance outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve performance
• Collaborate with leadership and property ownership to deliver expected results for each property
• Supervise and support staff in their professional development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management
• Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and program management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience in supervising and leading teams
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
