About The Position

As a Regional Distribution Analyst at Subaru, you will serve as the primary interface between the retailer body, District Sales Managers (DSMs), and the national distribution systems responsible for producing, ordering, shipping, and tracking vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring that the flow of vehicles meets the demands of our retailers and aligns with Subaru's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. You will be involved in various departmental activities, including the allocation of vehicles, managing orders, and overseeing the shipping and tracking of promotional, test, and pool vehicles. Additionally, you will handle the printing and distribution of Certificates of Origin (CO's) and Monroney labels as needed. Your responsibilities will extend to analyzing and supporting major departmental systems such as the Sold Order System, Order Management, Traffic Management systems, and the Subaru Business Intelligence analytical system. You will also be responsible for addressing retailer inquiries via calls and emails regarding departmental functions, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective. The role requires you to monitor, track, and implement all aspects of the Subaru Service Loaner Program (SSLP), including ordering, monitoring floor lines, and completing necessary documentation to expedite processes. In this position, you will create, analyze, present, and act on reports related to your assigned areas, identifying growth opportunities within the SSLP. You will manage, analyze, track, care for, and dispose of all vehicles in regional or zone inventory, ensuring that all vehicles are accounted for and properly managed. Furthermore, you will coordinate traffic actions surrounding auto shows, promotional events, test vehicles, pool vehicles, and the Employee Vehicle Lease Program (EVLP). Your role will also involve communicating policies and procedures to District Sales Managers and retailers, as well as coordinating with other regional personnel on vehicle plating and registrations. You will create and analyze reports to be utilized by Zone Directors for purchase orders (PO's).
