About the position
The Regional Enrollment Leader is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize market and client-level enrollment results. This role involves working closely with the sales force and client management teams to enhance new business enrollment and drive re-enrollment processes for existing clients. The leader will also provide training and support to field sales teams and ensure effective communication of benefits during the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
- Set regional strategy for enrollment and supporting capabilities to maximize growth.
- Ensure appropriate benefits communications are leveraged during pre-enrollment, enrollment, and post-enrollment.
- Monitor enrollment campaigns and conduct post-enrollment analysis to improve participation.
- Lead the enrollment process for business sold within assigned territory, including client-level strategies.
- Participate in finalist presentations to leverage enrollment strategies and support.
- Provide voluntary plan enrollment training to sales team and service staff in assigned territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of directly related experience is required.
- Superior organizational, multi-tasking, influencing, and presentation skills are required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Ability to demonstrate internal diplomacy/influencing skills with sales and service teams.
