About the position

The Regional Enrollment Leader is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize market and client-level enrollment results. This role involves working closely with the sales force and client management teams to enhance new business enrollment and drive re-enrollment processes for existing clients. The leader will also provide training and support to field offices and participate in presentations as a subject matter expert, with success measured by enrollment and growth goals in assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • Set regional strategy for enrollment and supporting capabilities to maximize growth and customer experience.
  • Ensure new business participation percentage and re-enrollment sales goals are met for the assigned region.
  • Leverage appropriate benefits communications during pre-enrollment, enrollment, and post-enrollment phases.
  • Utilize technology to provide benefits advice to employees based on their life stage and eligibility status.
  • Monitor enrollment campaigns and conduct post-enrollment analysis to improve participation in voluntary coverages.
  • Lead the enrollment process for business sold within the assigned territory, including client-level strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Solutions Manager and internal partners to source customized marketing materials and third-party enroller allocation.
  • Support client implementation in coordination with account management resources.
  • Participate in finalist presentations to leverage enrollment strategies and support with the sales team.
  • Provide case-level training for enrollers and voluntary plan enrollment training for the sales team and service staff.
  • Maintain awareness of local/regional buying preferences and competitor capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of directly related experience is required.
  • Superior organizational, multi-tasking, influencing, and presentation skills are required.
  • Strong written and superior oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to demonstrate internal diplomacy and influencing skills with sales, service, and internal cross-functional areas.
  • Professional business demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ability to master applicable systems and processes.
  • Ability to manage process flows.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
