The Regional Executive Assistant (REA) plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) and the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Regional Client Management, as well as offering regional office management support. This position requires a deep understanding of the local office dynamics, as well as familiarity with the people, systems, and issues pertinent to other offices within the manager's region. The REA is expected to be a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various levels of the organization. In this role, the REA will manage expense-related tasks, including analyzing monthly spending and forecasting for non-salary accounts. They will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for budgetary inquiries and assist regional and office management in achieving budget goals. The REA will also coordinate schedules, meetings, and teleconferences, ensuring that all logistical aspects of regional meetings and events are meticulously planned and executed. This includes organizing meeting materials and communicating essential details to presenters and participants. Additionally, the REA will handle travel arrangements, manage calendars, and oversee travel expenses for the MD and AVP. They will be responsible for creating various forms of correspondence, including presentations, memos, and reports, which are essential for sales and client management operations. The REA will also support the management team by gathering and compiling regional operating reports and ensuring data integrity within systems like Salesforce.com. As the primary administrative resource, the REA will mentor and support other administrative staff, providing guidance and training as necessary. They will also manage the Region's SharePoint site and assist with annual performance reviews and bonus programs. The REA may be tasked with special projects, data analysis, and other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the sales and marketing activities within the region.
