About The Position

As a Regional Facilities Manager at CBRE, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities within a designated region. This role is integral to the Facilities Management function, providing support to Property Managers and ensuring that all aspects of building operations are effectively managed. You will be responsible for supervising staff, developing policies, and maintaining client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, and performance management.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Extensive organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in facilities management or property management roles.
• Ability to handle sensitive and complicated information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day functions of the facilities management team.
• Provide formal supervision and conduct performance evaluations for employees.
• Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new staff members.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and establish work schedules.
• Mentor and coach team members as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and conduct regular performance meetings.
• Report on property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, and facility audits.
• Create strategic facility management objectives and generate capital projects and operating budgets.
• Inspect facilities for quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulations.
