About the position
As a Regional Field Marketing Representative Manager, you will oversee a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with small business owners, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, and other institutions. Your role involves in-field sales calls to develop new accounts while supervising and motivating a team of field marketing representatives to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute a highly disciplined and metric-driven sales process.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity metrics.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and conduct walk-in and scheduled visits with prospective clients.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train exceptional specialty marketing representatives.
- Work with all departments to support the sales effort through coaching and training.
Requirements
- Seven plus years of sales experience, preferably in the food service industry.
- Proven track record of sales achievements in a regional or national organization.
- Desire to provide the highest level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and identifying customer needs/wants.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written).
- Ability to manage time efficiently and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
