About the position

Machine Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within the organization. This role focuses on driving performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading teams to achieve their goals in the hospitality and food service sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
• Manage and develop teams by providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate catering services and manage food preparation processes to ensure quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics for all locations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within all establishments.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
• Build revenue and maintain targets.
• Create new and exciting promotions alongside the marketing department to generate revenue.
• Train and implement new policies and procedures to make all operations more effective.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management within the hospitality or food service industry.
• Proficient in food preparation techniques and catering operations.
• Knowledge of POS systems and their application in quick service fast food restaurants.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train and develop staff effectively.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in managing bar operations is a plus.
• A passion for coffee culture and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is advantageous.
