About the position

The Regional General Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations in the Pacific Northwest region for Great Day Improvements, focusing on residential home improvements. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the year. The position involves ensuring job profitability, managing teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities

• Job and project management utilizing the in-house CRM system.
• Oversee implementation of the customer satisfaction process.
• Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.
• Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.
• Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.
• Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.
• Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all company products.
• Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.
• Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
• Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems.
• Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.
• P&L responsibility preferred.
• Experienced in team building and management preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Must be process oriented.
• Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required.
• Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.
• Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus.
