The Regional Graphic Designer at Aramark plays a pivotal role within the Mid-Atlantic Region Marketing Team, which encompasses Higher Education accounts across Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and West Virginia. This position is integral to the creative operations of the team, focusing on the design, layout, and final delivery of a variety of complex projects that support operations, marketing initiatives, meal plans, events, promotions, and sales materials. The designer will collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Director, Senior District Marketing Managers, and other team members to ensure that all design work aligns with the region's communication goals and branding standards. In this role, the designer will utilize advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce high-quality sales and operational materials. Responsibilities include managing the flow of text, inserting images, applying style guides, and ensuring that all documents meet corporate identity compliance. The designer will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity and organization of shared electronic files, ensuring quality assurance throughout the drafting, editorial, and production phases of projects. The ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities is essential, as is a commitment to continuous improvement and best practices in design and production.
