About the position

The Regional Health Market Leader for CannonDesign is responsible for driving the growth of the health market across the Eastern Seaboard. This leadership role involves developing high-performance teams, implementing regional strategies, and ensuring financial success while promoting the firm's commitment to Living-Centered Design. The leader will engage with clients, enhance the market brand, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and foster a culture of innovation and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for the Eastern Seaboard health market, focusing on growth and strategy implementation.
  • Develop and lead diverse teams to execute regional health strategies.
  • Contribute to business development and strategic client positioning.
  • Integrate design services and manage processes for financial performance.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, promoting Living-Centered Design.
  • Develop and implement business plans for regional market growth.
  • Lead client engagement and project-specific work to foster long-term relationships.
  • Enhance market brand through public speaking and writing.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve profitability goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
  • Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 18 years of experience in strategic growth and market leadership in the Health Market.
  • Strong presentation skills and exceptional client leadership abilities.
  • Proven business acumen and strategic execution capabilities.
  • Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment in risk management.
