About the position

As a Hospital Services Administrator at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administration and coordination of services to licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs within the Hospital Services Group. This position is designed for an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven leader who is committed to enhancing patient care in an outpatient clinic setting. You will be responsible for managing multiple hospital contracts within a designated region, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you will lead a team of over 30 clinicians, including Registered Nurses (RNs), technicians, and administrative staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Your leadership will be pivotal in providing high-quality dialysis treatments and eliminating barriers that may hinder the team's performance. You will also manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, budgets, and the overall operations of the programs, ensuring that the needs of the hospitals are met while providing excellent service to our partners. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and coordination of services to licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs.
  • Lead a team of 30+ clinicians, including RNs and techs, in a supportive environment.
  • Manage multiple hospital contracts within a designated region.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Capacity to develop effective relationships and influence positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in outpatient healthcare settings.
