Responsibilities

• Posting, editing, monitoring, and responding to all job applicants.
• Conducting preliminary interviews for potential candidates.
• Advising on the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention processes at facilities.
• Following up with candidates to ensure a great experience during the interview process.
• Managing recruitment budgets.
• Negotiating and managing agency and vendor contracts.

Requirements

• 2 years experience recruiting in healthcare.
• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field.
