About the position

The Regional Implementation Manager will lead the implementation and management of technology solutions specific to a region, driving seamless integration and enhancing operational efficiency. This role focuses on aligning technologies with business processes to solve real-world problems and ensure the successful adoption and ongoing management of software solutions within the company’s regional operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with regional and division management and staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business goals.
  • Influence and enable change across functions without direct reporting lines.
  • Present technology solutions to employees at all levels.
  • Implement enterprise systems and develop region-specific workflows in collaboration with division leadership and corporate teams.
  • Configure settings, workflows, and collaboration features based on regional requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AEC technology initiatives in the region.
  • Ensure seamless integration with design tools, fabrication systems, and field management platforms.
  • Define project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress for software deployments.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to new software platforms.
  • Develop user training sessions to maximize software adoption.
  • Communicate changes related to software updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor software performance, troubleshoot issues, and validate configurations.
  • Conduct regular audits of software modules and features.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to maintain documentation on configurations and best practices.
  • Ensure regional strategic technology goals align with corporate strategy.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation strategy for software applications across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technology implementation within the MEP construction industry.
  • Familiarity with MEP-specific tools such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and MEP fabrication software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage timelines and resources.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the MEP engineering and construction industry.
  • Ability to work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with MEP processes, BIM, and construction project workflows.
  • Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills.
