About the position

The Regional In-Home Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in inspiring and coaching multiple market teams of in-home sales professionals. This position is responsible for developing and implementing regional sales programs and strategies to grow market share in the replacement window and door segment. The manager will coordinate the Boston region and work closely with the Regional General Manager to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regional General Manager with the development of the annual sales strategy and plan.
  • Represent the sales function on the region-level leadership team.
  • Review regional selling practices and inspire changes to meet business goals.
  • Analyze the region's competitive position and recommend changes to leadership.
  • Lead sales meetings and ensure timely coverage of appointments.
  • Engage regularly with sales representatives to coach and train them.
  • Recruit and train new sales representatives.
  • Drive process improvement and communication to deliver results.
  • Assist with sales and service issues to resolve them efficiently.
  • Leverage reporting tools to assess sales team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field, preferred.
  • 2+ years of in-home sales experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable record of moving violations.
  • Ability to frequently travel within the assigned region, including overnight stays.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Strong verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves
