About the position

As part of our talented team, you will provide all dealer, broker, and retail customers with technical/service support, assistance in the areas of service management, customer relations/satisfaction, warranty adjustment, product performance, and installation for all Mercury and Brunswick products and specializing in large vessel systems, electronic integration and high horsepower applications. This role reports to a Regional Service Manager. Supporting the following territories: MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical/service support to dealer, broker, and retail customers.
  • Assist in service management and customer relations/satisfaction.
  • Handle warranty adjustments and product performance inquiries.
  • Support installation for Mercury and Brunswick products, focusing on large vessel systems and electronic integration.
  • Develop and execute strategies for product issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of Mercury products.
  • Thorough knowledge of large vessel systems, with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of marine industry service management.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel (75% - 90%).
  • Ability to work independently and make accurate decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.
