About the position

The Regional Manager at lululemon is a leadership role focused on enhancing brand awareness, driving product sales, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across multiple store locations. This position is responsible for managing and developing Store Managers, fostering an inclusive team environment, and aligning store operations with company values and strategic goals. The Regional Manager plays a crucial role in achieving business results and supporting the growth and development of team members.

Responsibilities

  • Build brand awareness and drive strategic product sell-through.
  • Deliver on business results and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Hire, coach, and develop strong Store Managers.
  • Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
  • Manage and grow dispersed Store Managers through regular check-ins and performance documentation.
  • Support learning and development by providing feedback and career path guidance.
  • Lead talent planning and recruitment strategy for stores in the assigned region.
  • Develop strategies to close identified performance gaps in stores.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers to support operations and align with company priorities.
  • Monitor key store financial metrics and ensure financial goals are met.

Requirements

  • 5 years of work experience in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of work experience in multi-retail store management.
  • Previous lululemon store management experience.
