About the position

The Regional Manager of Event Marketing plays a crucial role in this mission by managing and directing a team of Event Marketing Managers (EMMs) in their assigned region. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing event planning and execution to drive company awareness and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively and analytically. In this role, you will identify and develop event-based marketing initiatives aimed at generating sales leads for Window Nation. You will attend various events such as trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, managing your team to ensure they generate new sales leads effectively. A significant part of your responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a team that delivers exceptional event experiences. You will foster a highly effective team environment characterized by accountability and clear communication. As the Regional Manager, you will manage the event calendars for your market EMMs, ensuring that events are strategically chosen for performance and adequately staffed. You will strategize incentives to promote event performance and drive revenue growth while being responsible for budgeting events and maintaining the approved budget. Collaboration with branch operations and sales will be essential to grow brand presence within local markets. You will also work closely with EMMs to ensure adherence to event marketing best practices, track and report metrics to evaluate performance and ROI, and strive to exceed lead generation and marketing cost quotas based on established KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct a team of Event Marketing Managers (EMMs) in the assigned region.

  • Responsible for budgeting events and maintaining the approved budget.
  • Partner with branch operations and sales to enhance brand presence in local markets.
  • Ensure event marketing best practices are consistently followed by EMMs.
  • Track and report metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of events.
  • Exceed lead generation and marketing cost quotas based on established KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in event marketing with a successful track record of event execution
  • 3+ years of experience leading employees
  • Ability to work weekends and/or evenings to support events
